Love For a Prize

Hi everyone,

Today is not a card I made, but more of another paper craft I made for a raffle draw.  I got the word Love from Kaisercraft and I sponged green paint as the base. Made the flowers placed some pearls on them and placed a few leaves here and there. And afterwards I framed it. It all sounds easy- but I can tell you it wasnt (but I am glad its finish). Unfortunately I didnt take a photo of it framed, but I found one!! (Im very lucky).

First Christmas Card For 2013

We all know Christmas is around the corner and so I have started my Christmas collection! Here is the first for the season. This one is based on Cas(E) This Sketch, and Less is More 'Sparkle' theme in regards to the Sparkle the 'snow' is actually embossed with white glitter. So here it is..

Today is a card I made recently for a manager of mine. I really love this card and its soo colourful! I really like it. I made the rainbow background using tape and die cut. So here it is!

Birthday Flamingo

Does anyone feel how fast the weeks has come and gone? I cant believe its already July and its close to MID July. Well enough of that, the card I have today is for Muse. I love the card, I love the pink flamingos, and the contrast of the blue. So for my card, that is the main concept, a pink flamingo in a green box. I hope you all like my card :)

I cant believe I missed the deadline for this card! It was for Cas-ual Friday's over the edge challenge.
Despite missing it here is my card regardless!! It took me FOREVER to get the background down (I used a Mama Elephant Stamp), but I was determine and I love it!! Here it is!

A Hi from Butterflies

Hi Everyone! 

I am back today with a card for Muse. This week it was created by Marion. The first thing I noticed about her card is her blue fishtail banner, and I knew I had to incorporate that into my card.

 

Today I am going to end my post with something I will be reminded of forever! This is a photo my friends and I with our graduation gown. The photo was taken at Centennial Park by a friend of mine. It is my favourite photo!

A 'love' Card for Mum

 Today's card is for the Muse challenge!! The card was inspired by Laurie's card. My card is different from Laurie's- from her card I have taken her red card base and her yellow ribbon. Those things were the two things I noticed first and made it my focal point. So here is my card below..!!

So Much Flowers Birthday

Hi Everyone 

Today's card is Muse (I am just on time with about 6 hours before they close!) and Cas-ual Friday's Birthday Bash !! This week's Muse card was inspired by Virginia Lu. One of the first things I noticed was her floral background, then the sentiment inside the circle and lastly her green flower. For my card, I've used a similar concept, but instead of a green flower poking out of the circle it is outside by 'background'. Okay here is my card!!

My dad is visiting us in Australia these past few weeks (I haven't seen him for about 2 years) and I thought I'll add a picture of my dad and I!! Do we look alike? :p

Pink Peonies Thank You

Hi Everyone 

 Today I have a card for Muse, it was inspired by Therese Calvird! I love her purple flower, however I dont have purple ink for my small flowers, so I did my flowers pink instead. Instead of leaves I did something different. It looks like vines, but I actually used cloud stamps from Lawn Fawn's Bon Voyage! The flower is from Jane's Doodles Alright here is my card!!..

Happy Birthday with a Dog, Cat and Rabbit!

 Hi Everyone

I feel like time flies so fast and suddenly a week has gone by! I am lucky that I have enough time just to enter this card for this week's CAS(E) This Sketch! Challenge. My card today is for my sister's friend, who has a birthday coming around. She is a dog person, but I only had one dog stamp so I decided to add a cat and bunny from Lawn Fawn's Critters in the Burbs. If you are wondering why I coloured the dog with the white star on his head, its because my sister's friend's dog has that mark on his forehead!

Happy Saturday Everyone! 

I cant believe how fast this year has gone by! Its March already and Easter is just around the corner.! Today's card is for Muse. This week's Muse is by Laurie Willison, and its simple gorgeous!

Base on Laurie's card, I decided to focus on her sentiment and the way it is placed of side. I didnt have a suitable flower stamp, so I decided to use a doily stamp on the corner of the sentiment. I added some red and grey-ish purple to emphasise the sentiment.

Silver Birthday

Hi Everyone!!! 

   Before I post my card for today- I would like to thank everyone who voted for my card- Pattern Triangles for last week's Muse challenge!! :D 

   Today's card is for this week's Casual Friday challenge: Hi Ho Silver and Muse Challenge by Deanna Jean! I have been a follower of hers since ages and I love her CAS cards! 

 My card is quiet different to Deanna's, in that I didnt use flowers- though I did try! For my card I however decided to focus on the white space, and the boxed happy birthday!! I also decided to use silver embossing and washi on my card.

Patterned Triangles

Hi!! 

Today's card is based on the challenged blog Muse. Here is the card created my Marion Vagg! She is very talented and brave to use the bold colours and patterns together!

For  my card, I am not as brave and talented to use the bold colours and patterns!- but I wanted to use patterns and contrast colours!  So I used a lighter shade of blue and orange as the main contrast and yellow twine to give it an extra 'pop'!
