Male Birthday Card - pop-up

I feels like its been forever since my last post!!-Its not Fathers' Day yet in Australia, but instead I made a birthday card for my cousin, who has a birthday next week. I have never really made an older male card before but I like how it turned out . I am entering this for Simon Says Stamp Challenge and CAS-ual Fridays both themes are male. For CAS-ual Friday we had to use designer paper, the patterned paper I used for the numbers, and car are from First Edition Boho Chic.

Circle Punch Rainbow

Ohh how time flies! It is already Friday!! and I am entering this card just before the deadline!! I am entering this card, in CAS-ual Fridays. Their theme is punch, so I used my circle punch and made a rainbow. This is a birthday card I'm making for a friend, as the last birthday card (the airplane one) wouldn't suit her, even though I did have her in mind, when I was making it xD I embossed my cloud with clear glitter, and the Happy Birthday, and used the twine I recently bought YAY :D Sorry about my photo, its already night and so I had to take the picture in the kitchen :/

The internet at home is soo bad. So I am uploading this at Uni,- so thanks Uni, for supplying us with wireless internet :D - haha Today's card is one I made last night, for a friend of mine. Its a sketch I got from Retro-sketches. My card doesn't have ribbon, but it is replaced by a sentiment, my flower is from Jane's Doodles, the card stocks are from Lawn Fawn (grey and flower) and and the other is from First Edition Boho Chic. :D

Aeroplane Birthday Card

My internet at home has died again :( so I had no internet at home at all day yesterday. Whats positive about this is the fact that I don't spend time playing games, and so I had time to make a card. Iam entering this into Simon Says Stamps challenge which is Clean and Simple. 

My Stamp is from Lawn Fawn, and my card stock are from First Edition Boho Chic, I then embossed the clouds, using the same Lawn Fawn Stamp. I attached the plane to sign using orange twine.

One Layer: I Love You

This week theme at Less is More is very challenging !! - A one layer card, with only THREE stamps, Three, not two or four but Three.. The first stamp I used is actually from a flower stem- the second is from a Martha Stewart stamp, which I embossed with clear Glitter (I don't think you can see it in the photo) and the 'you' is from Jane's Doodles stamp set (same with the 'I'). My brother says its too simple, maybe he is right, but I like simple and meaningful cards :D And so here is my card..

Arrival of my Simon Says Stamps product :D

Ohhh Im soo excited that I have to make another blog post!! I bought some stuff from Simon Says Stamps and it arrived today :D Im so excited.. I uploaded a picture of what I bought but I dont think its very clear because my camera phone isn't very good.. :/ But nevertheless I am still so excited!! - I feel like its Christmas already haha :)

Peonies

I am glad one assignment is over (there are still a few more to go-haha), but since I finished it I had enough time to make a card yesterday :) Its a card I made with my new Jane's Doodles stamp Pretty Peonies- I had been waiting for them all week, and then I realised they had arrived, but was in the wrong mail pile. Anyway, I made this card for my grandma, its a thank-you card, she has done so much for me (I lived with her since I was 8). So here it is... 

I still have to work on my colouring in skills :/

Mini Pop-up Card

I was trying to do my essay today, but I had a writer's block so I did some revision for a test tomorrow, and I think I should be okay *fingers cross*. I decided to make a card, just a small one :D its only about 4cm high xD

Its a pop-up card :D - ooOOhh I just love the stripe paper!! I used it for my hot air balloon card! and its just so cute!! (the pattern paper haha)

Hot Air Baloon - Fly Away with Me..

Today I am uploading a card that I am entering to Freshly Made Sketches #33. I decided to do a hot air balloon, and its the first time I've made a card with a hot air balloon! If I exclude the writing, i think it's probably the most 'boy-ish' card I have ever made- but it turned out to be a girly card xD

Birthday day cupcakes

Its a nice sunny day in Sydney- its perfect :D I am entering my card into Mojo Monday sketch 239, this week. Its a birthday card a friend has asked me to make. Its a cupcake cards, after all the cupcake cards.. I made another one, why?! well I like cupcakes I prefer them over cakes, because of their bite-size size and their fancy decorations- they are just YUM- okay enough rambling.
